Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, quality assurance, and compliance across our real estate projects. The role involves working closely with construction and project teams to monitor budgets, evaluate materials, and ensure all activities meet industry standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial evaluations for active projects.
• Support and oversee procurement processes to ensure quality and value for money.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout construction phases.
• Review drawings, specifications, and materials for standard compliance.
• Produce reports and documentation related to cost monitoring and project quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to align project execution.
• Identify risks linked to costs, quality, and timelines, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Professional certification (NIQS, RICS, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
