Role Overview
The Real Estate Manager will oversee property operations, drive sales performance, and support the company’s growth in the Port Harcourt market. The ideal candidate should be organized, business-minded, and able to manage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and activities within the real estate unit
• Drive sales performance and supervise team members
• Develop marketing plans and business growth strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle negotiations
• Oversee property documentation, allocation, and customer support
• Prepare regular reports to guide management decisions
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in real estate management or a similar position
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proven experience in team supervision and achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields is an added advantage
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month, based on experience.
