Role Overview

The Reconciliation Clerk will support the finance and operations team by ensuring accurate reconciliation of financial records. This role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with figures and reports. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial data and support daily banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily transactions and account balances
  • Review and verify financial records for accuracy
  • Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation for reconciliation records
  • Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks

Qualifications and Skills
  • OND or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Zero to two years of work experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial records
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
