Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Recruiter to support our team in Lagos. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, talent mapping, and collaboration with business leaders to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Xiaomi’s business needs across departments and markets to plan and execute effective talent recruitment strategies
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Gather and update insights on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor strategies
- Align recruitment strategies with business expectations and prioritize hiring goals effectively
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and methods to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to solve recruitment challenges and align talent acquisition with long-term goals
- Evaluate team structures and help build a strong management talent pool based on current and future needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability
- Strong command of English for workplace communication
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, operations, or tech is preferred
- Prior work experience in a headhunting or recruitment firm is a plus
