Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end to end hiring processes within a busy outsourcing environment. The ideal candidate should be confident handling high volume recruitment, managing multiple roles at once, and working with diverse industry requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Mandatory experience in an outsourcing or HR consulting firm

• Strong sourcing and interview assessment skills

• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability

• Ability to manage high volume recruitment and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with ATS or HR systems is an advantage

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
