Role Overview

The Regional Manager will oversee marketing and business development activities within the assigned region. This role involves managing daily operations, implementing long term marketing strategies, expanding the client base, and ensuring service quality and compliance with health insurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily marketing and business development activities within the region
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies in line with company goals
  • Grow market share and expand the client and partner base
  • Lead and supervise regional teams to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure quality healthcare delivery and compliance with industry regulations
  • Drive operational efficiency and support financial performance in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Handle client feedback and resolve complaints promptly
  • Manage brand image and ensure consistent corporate identity
  • Oversee administration, claims processing, care coordination, and wellness programs
  • Maintain clear internal communication across departments
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships to support marketing efforts
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • One to four years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of national health insurance schemes is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
