Role Overview

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and meeting sales targets through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and follow up on potential clients

• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
