Job Title: Resort General Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Five days a week with two days off
Role Overview
The Resort General Manager will be responsible for supervising all aspects of resort operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional leadership abilities, and the ability to manage staff, resources, and customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest inquiries.

Ensure the resort environment is clean, safe, and well maintained.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational costs.

Support marketing and promotional activities to boost occupancy and guest engagement.

Coordinate with all departments to uphold consistent service standards.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good understanding of resort operations and customer service practices.

Salary and Benefits
N500,000 monthly gross
