Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Retail and B2B E Commerce Manager to oversee retail, business to business, and online sales operations. This role is focused on revenue growth, channel management, and strong customer relationships, especially within the kitchen appliances and white goods electronics market. The successful candidate will plan sales strategies, manage teams, and ensure strong performance across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute sales plans for retail, B2B, and e commerce channels
• Set sales targets and track performance against agreed KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
• Manage, coach, and support the sales team to meet individual and team goals
• Review team performance and arrange training when needed
• Study market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
• Ensure good customer experience and handle client issues professionally
• Work with the marketing team on promotions and online campaigns
• Track campaign results and suggest improvements
• Oversee order fulfillment, stock movement, and distribution processes
• Ensure daily operations follow company policies and industry standards

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related course
• Six to eight years of experience in retail, B2B, and e commerce sales management
• Experience in kitchen appliances or white goods electronics is required
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Good negotiation and relationship building ability
• Ability to work with targets and deliver results
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and e commerce platforms

Salary

Monthly salary of N250,000
