Job Title: Return Control Officer – PAN Nigeria
Location: Lagos

Reporting To: Assistant SCM Manager / SCM Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Return Control Officer to manage return operations across all PAN Nigeria locations. This role ensures accurate recording, timely processing, and proper documentation of all product returns. The ideal candidate will have strong finance or inventory management experience, excellent Excel and presentation skills, and the ability to optimize return processes while reducing losses and inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Return Monitoring and Control
• Ensure all returns across PAN Nigeria are accurately recorded and processed according to SOP
• Supervise return workflows to maintain speed, accuracy, and compliance

System Updates (NetSuite)
• Post all return entries accurately with supporting documents
• Ensure all return cases are closed within 24 hours of receipt

Credit Note Issuance
• Coordinate with finance and billing teams for timely issuance of credit notes after return verification

Daily MIS Reporting
• Share daily return reports across all locations, including reasons for returns
• Track and report RMA pendencies, POD pendencies, and expiry/damage/dented returns

Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement
• Identify frequent return causes and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce return ratios
• Recommend improvements to reduce damages, expiries, and customer-related return issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Inventory Management, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in returns management, logistics, or inventory control
• Strong finance or inventory management background
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard development
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (mandatory)

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
