About the Role

The Sales and Customer Service Representative will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and building strong relationships with both in-store and online clients. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, handling sales transactions, and supporting the overall growth of the brand through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote and sell products in-store and online, including upselling where appropriate
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Process transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date sales records
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
• Respond to messages, calls, and online inquiries quickly and courteously
• Work with the marketing and operations team to achieve sales targets
• Track and report daily sales activities to management
• Ensure the store and showroom remain clean, well-organized, and visually appealing

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with social media selling
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach

Salary

N120,000 Gross Monthly
