We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets
• Drive revenue growth through high-value property deals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve goals
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience (Banking industry experience preferred)
• Proven record of closing deals and generating revenue quickly
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
