Role Overview
We are looking for a goal-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, strong product knowledge in areas such as gadgets, clothing, footwear, and perfumes, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Must reside in Ibadan or its environs.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₦140,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: ₦60,000
- Daily Transport Allowance: ₦2,500
- Call Card Allowance: ₦500 weekly
