Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Jahi, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

Fave Consulting Limited is seeking an energetic and results-focused Sales Officer to join its team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels at building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market, valid driving experience, and exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in all business interactions
• Remain informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor activities

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the FMCG sector
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Highly driven and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in driving with a valid driver’s license
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation abilities

Salary

₦100,000 monthly plus commission
