Job Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting customers with product selection, and ensuring smooth sales processes. The role requires enthusiasm, competitiveness, and experience in retail or wholesale sales. Your focus will be on excellent customer service, product knowledge, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional manner
- Handle point-of-sale operations, product picking, and invoicing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information about company products
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality sales service
- Develop a strong understanding of product offerings
- Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and complaints
- Process purchases efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service (preferably in pharmacy or retail)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Must reside close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, or Yaba (including nearby areas such as Apapa, Fadeyi, Onipan, Ebutte-Metta, etc.)
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
