Role Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales performance within assigned markets by ensuring effective stock deployment, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining accurate sales and cash records. The role requires discipline, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy stock effectively within assigned markets to maximize visibility and sales

• Build, manage, and sustain strong customer relationships for the assigned distributor

• Ensure all cash generated from sales transactions is accurately recorded and fully remitted

• Submit daily sales reports covering cash received and stock balance to the supervisor

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company and distributor standards at all times

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience

• Experience in FMCG sales or field marketing is highly preferred

• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills

• High level of discipline, honesty, and accountability

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with markets such as Oke-Ira, Otto, Mushin, Agege, and Balogun is an added advantage

Compensation

N100,000 – N120,000 per month
