Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and street smart Sales and Operations Marketing Officer. This role is for someone who can turn interest into real sales, manage daily orders, and support smooth operations. You will handle customer messages, coordinate deliveries, support events, and help grow sales through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through WhatsApp and social media messages
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide good customer support
• Coordinate deliveries, especially with partners in Lagos
• Support sales activities at pop up events and promotions
• Track basic inventory and report low stock when needed
• Negotiate with suppliers and production partners when required
• Turn social media engagement such as follows and reposts into actual sales
• Work closely with the team to improve sales and operations processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, operations, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High energy and willingness to follow up on sales opportunities
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and order management
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for business
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good organisational and problem solving skills
