Role Overview

The Sales Representative will represent the brand in-store and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience. This role involves helping customers choose the right products, supporting daily store activities, and contributing to sales growth through friendly and informed service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide helpful, friendly, and personalized assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products
• Actively work towards meeting personal and store sales targets
• Keep updated knowledge of products, promotions, and brand campaigns
• Support daily store duties such as restocking, product display, and stock checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Work well with team members to achieve shared goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Living close to Jabi is an added benefit
• Good communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers
• Interest in beauty, skincare, and personal care products
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

Salary

N120,000 to N150,000 per month
