Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for new customers including direct buyers, bulk buyers, and walk-in customers.
• Carry out cold outreach and face-to-face marketing in shops and marketplaces to generate leads.
• Meet weekly targets for customer acquisition and sales.
• Promote products through direct interactions and provide clear product explanations.
• Use product knowledge to address customer needs and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat sales.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Submit weekly reports on marketing activities, new customers, sales achieved, and customer feedback.
• Work with weekly marketing plans provided by the Head of Marketing.
• Ensure all marketing activities support the organisation’s goals and target groups.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Share customer insights to help improve products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or BSc qualification.
• Four to five years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good product presentation and customer engagement skills.

Salary

N100,000 per month.
