Job Title: Sales Representative (In-house)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused sales representative to join our team. The role involves managing both direct sales and online customer engagement. You will handle inquiries across social media platforms, assist customers in making purchase decisions, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp
• Convert online and social media leads into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
• Keep CRM records updated with sales leads and customer interactions
• Provide accurate product information to support customer decisions
• Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotions and campaigns
• Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and escalate issues to relevant teams
• Handle order processing, returns, and after-sales support when required
• Stay informed on product updates and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience

Salary

N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
