Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated and customer focused Sales Representative to support sales activities for one of our FMCG clients. This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands customer needs, and is ready to grow a career in sales. The main goal is to increase product sales, grow revenue, and expand the customer base within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the market to understand customer needs, buying patterns, and competitor activities
• Present and explain products to new and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide basic sales reports and feedback from the field

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related course
• Minimum of one year sales experience or strong interest in building a sales career
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic negotiation and persuasion ability
• Understanding of sales methods and customer relationship practices
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic office tools
