Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling small domestic appliances, meeting monthly sales targets, and managing relationships with dealers and wholesalers within an assigned route. This role requires strong sales skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage collections and stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell small domestic appliances and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Distribute products daily from the assigned branch to wholesalers and dealers
• Manage and follow up on outstanding payments from dealers and wholesalers
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor
• Plan daily sales activities and update customer records as required
• Monitor distributor stock levels and take action to maintain healthy inventory
• Understand customer needs and provide support to improve satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross selling and repeat orders
• Record sales activities, new leads, and customer visits when required
• Ensure company tools and assigned assets are used properly and kept in good condition
• Carry out other related sales and administrative duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
• Two to four years of experience in sales of small domestic appliances or televisions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain good customer relationships
• Honest, reliable, and results driven
• Customer focused with a strong drive to meet targets
• Good understanding of sales targets and distribution operations
• Ability to resolve issues with dealers and wholesalers professionally
