We are looking for a passionate and experienced Salon and Retail Manager:

Job Summary

The Salon and Retail Manager will oversee the daily operations of the salon, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with senior management. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and analyse performance results
• Supervise salon staff and schedules
• Oversee the salon booking process and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing operational structures and processes
• Support the execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management, suppliers, colleagues, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND with at least 2 years of work experience
• Proven experience managing a salon or retail team (references will be checked)
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, management, and customers
• Problem-solving ability with practical solution-oriented thinking
• A collaborative team player committed to business success
• High level of professionalism, ambition, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and eager to learn

Schedule

• Full-time, in-person role based in Ikoyi
• 5 days a week
• Weekend shifts required, including some Sunday afternoons

Salary

₦350,000 – ₦450,000 monthly
