Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join our design team. This role involves creating interior concepts, managing design execution, and working closely with clients and project teams to deliver high quality interior solutions. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail focused, and confident in handling multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for assigned projects
• Create mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to clearly explain design ideas
• Supervise design implementation on site to ensure accuracy and quality
• Understand client needs, style preferences, timelines, and budget expectations
• Present design proposals and revisions clearly and professionally to clients
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
• Carry out site visits to monitor progress and resolve design related issues
• Support and guide junior designers and interns through mentoring and feedback
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s creative direction and brand values
• Keep up to date with interior design trends, materials, and new technologies
• Suggest creative improvements and fresh ideas to strengthen the company’s design output

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Three to five years of relevant work experience
• Strong design, space planning, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and also take initiative

Salary

N250,000 to N300,000 monthly
