Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Print and UI Designer to handle both print and digital design projects. This role requires strong creative thinking, technical skill, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will work across print materials and user interface designs while maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the visual quality of all company products while maintaining brand identity
• Support the design and final production of major print materials such as magazines, branded items, and marketing materials
• Handle print preparation tasks including file setup, colour control using CMYK, binding details, and coordination with print vendors
• Apply strong layout structure, typography, and grid systems to large text based designs
• Design user friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Build and maintain UI components, style guides, and documentation to support design consistency and development work
• Convert user flows and wireframes into clear visual designs that support usability and accessibility standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Five to seven years of professional experience in print and UI design
• Strong portfolio showing print and digital design work
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong experience using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI design and prototyping
• Good understanding of print production, high resolution images, colour management, and pre press processes
• Strong knowledge of UI design systems, layout structure, and platform standards for web and mobile
• Excellent typography skills and understanding of accessibility guidelines

Salary

N700,000 monthly net
