Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Representative for our phone and gadget store. This role is for professionals who understand phone sales, can close deals without supervision, and consistently meet sales targets. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, result focused, and accountable for daily sales performance.

This position is strictly for individuals with real sales experience in phones and tech gadgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for phone and accessory sales in the store
• Engage every walk-in customer and convert interest into completed sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently
• Explain product features, prices, and differences clearly to customers
• Keep accurate daily sales records without errors
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and display of all products
• Promote and sell accessories alongside phones to increase sales value
• Provide polite, professional, and convincing customer service
• Submit daily sales and stock reports to management
• Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of store items
• Follow all company pricing rules and operational guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two to three years experience in phone or gadget sales
• Strong communication and customer persuasion skills
• Proven ability to close sales and hit targets
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• High level of honesty, discipline, and responsibility
• Comfortable working with commission based earnings
• Basic knowledge of sales record keeping and reporting

Salary

• 10% commission on profit from all sales made
• Monthly basic salary of N50,000
• Total earnings depend on individual sales performance
