Role Overview
The Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring shrink sleeve labeling machines during production. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth production and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate shrink sleeve labeling machines efficiently during production runs
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine performance to meet production targets
- Identify and fix minor machine faults to reduce downtime
- Ensure proper label alignment and product presentation
- Follow safety rules and quality control procedures at all times
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily output goals
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience operating shrink sleeve labeling machines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of machine operations and basic maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Salary
Monthly salary ranges from N100,000 to N300,000
