Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. This role involves managing site workers, coordinating resources, and maintaining consistent communication with managers to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site personnel to meet project deadlines
• Identify and address potential safety hazards on site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans
• Coordinate manpower and equipment to achieve maximum productivity
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Provide frequent updates and progress reports to managers
• Organize daily work schedules and allocate tasks effectively
• Manage orders and deliveries of building materials
• Attend site management meetings and contribute to project planning

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of proven experience in high-quality building projects
• Previous experience with a major construction company is an advantage
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction best practices and industry regulations

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
