Role Overview

The Social Media and Guest Experience Coordinator will support the company by creating engaging online content, managing guest interactions, and working closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction. The role requires creativity, good communication skills, and an interest in hospitality and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage on-site photo and video content calendars
• Run small paid local campaigns to increase bookings and restaurant activity
• Handle DMs, guest reviews, and curate user-generated content
• Work with the front desk and kitchen team to capture timely content
• Manage influencer and partnership outreach
• Support efforts to improve bookings, reservations, engagement, and review scores

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or B.Sc in any related field
• Strong mobile photography and video skills
• Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Community management skills with a hospitality mindset
• Experience in reservations, customer engagement, or restaurant bookings
• Previous managerial or coordination experience is an advantage, especially in the hotel industry

Salary

N100,000 monthly
