Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Guest Experience Coordinator to manage digital content, improve guest interaction, and support brand growth. This role focuses on content creation, online engagement, and collaboration with on-site teams to capture and share authentic guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Create and manage an on-property photo and video content calendar

Run small paid local campaigns to support bookings and food and beverage sales

Manage direct messages and respond to reviews on social media platforms

Curate and share user-generated content from guests
-
Work with the front desk and kitchen teams to capture timely photos and videos

Coordinate influencer and local partnership outreach

Support growth in reservations, engagement, and positive review scores
Qualifications and Skills

HND or B.Sc in a related field
-
Strong experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation

Good mobile photography and video editing skills

Community management and online engagement experience

Hospitality mindset and customer-focused attitude

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Experience in a managerial or coordination role is an added advantage, especially in the hotel industry
