Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Guest Experience Officer to help us engage with our audience, manage online presence, and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and able to coordinate with different teams to deliver high-quality content and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a photo/video content calendar for on-property campaigns.
• Run small, targeted paid campaigns to drive bookings and increase restaurant covers.
• Manage direct messages, reviews, and guest feedback on social media platforms.
• Curate and share guest-generated content (UGC) to boost engagement.
• Coordinate with front desk and kitchen teams to capture content in a timely manner.
• Manage outreach to influencers and local partners for collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in social media management or guest experience roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
• Creativity in content creation, photography, and videography.
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Knowledge of influencer and partnership management is a plus.
