Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging campaigns, managing communities, and driving measurable results that strengthen brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Create monthly content calendars and tailored campaigns for each platform
• Oversee the production of graphics, videos, captions, blog snippets, reels, and stories
• Ensure all content is engaging, optimized, and consistent with brand identity
• Manage daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to boost visibility
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
• Use analytics to refine strategies and improve performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and communities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners when needed
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns and growing brand presence
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms and reporting tools
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles
• Creativity and adaptability to fast-evolving trends
• Experience in paid advertising and budget management
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Salary

N200,000 per month
