Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence of our travel company and other businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing ads, troubleshooting page and account issues, and creating engaging content that increases bookings, visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies for each business.
• Create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Set up, manage and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Resolve account and page issues promptly, including restrictions and technical glitches.
• Manage community engagement by responding to DMs, comments and inquiries.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers and brand partners.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports and adjust strategies for growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
• Strong knowledge of running and troubleshooting ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to handle page restrictions, ad disapprovals and account issues.
• Creative content development skills (graphics, captions, reels, stories).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple businesses.
• Must reside in or around Yaba, Lagos (mandatory).
