Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels.
• Plan, post, and schedule content to maintain an active online presence.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage interaction.
• Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies for growth.
• Develop social media strategies to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Produce high-quality visual and written content including photos, videos, and stories.
• Craft compelling narratives that reflect the restaurant’s unique identity.
• Build and manage active online communities.
• Provide prompt customer support through social media channels.
• Handle and resolve online inquiries or concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or HND in a relevant field.
• 3 to 6 years of proven work experience in social media management.
• Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in visual content creation and storytelling.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and audience engagement strategies.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
