Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow and manage our digital presence. The role involves creating high-performing content, promoting property listings, managing social media engagements, generating leads, and contributing to brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos for property listings and brand promotion
• Develop and manage social media content calendars
• Write compelling captions and property descriptions
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally
• Run and manage social media advertising campaigns for lead generation
• Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly social media performance
• Keep up with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Experience managing business accounts; real estate experience is an advantage
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, short videos, reels)
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of social media ads and analytics
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary

N200,000 Monthly
