Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement engaging content strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments, interacting with followers, and building strong customer relationships.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field, with evidence of successful campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the brand’s voice effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret social media metrics to improve performance.
• Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content ideas tailored to different audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
