Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and build active digital communities. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the company’s overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Management
• Develop and implement social media strategies that improve brand visibility
• Manage all social media accounts with consistent brand messaging
• Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices
Content Creation and Design
• Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content
• Create engaging content aligned with marketing objectives
• Edit, schedule, and publish posts across platforms
• Work with marketing and sales teams to support business goals
Community Management and Engagement
• Build and manage communities on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Respond to messages and comments promptly and professionally
• Encourage audience engagement and conversation
• Monitor audience feedback to improve communication and content strategies
Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Track campaign performance and content effectiveness
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Use data to improve content quality and audience growth
Qualifications and Skills
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong graphic design skills and experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of analytics and digital marketing tools
Salary
Monthly Salary Range: N200,000 to N300,000
