Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our online presence. This role focuses on creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and improving audience engagement across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter X, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create engaging content including text posts, images, and short videos
• Schedule and manage posts using content planning tools
• Maintain a consistent content calendar for all platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement
• Respond to inquiries and build an active online community
• Work with the design and marketing team on campaigns and brand promotions
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated on new trends, tools, and platform updates
• Support paid social media campaigns when required

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Good understanding of social media metrics and analytics
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving work environment

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month
