We are currently recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Solar Electrical Technician

Location: Kano

Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Job

The Solar Electrical Technician will be responsible for carrying out solar installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure consistent productivity and efficiency for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar systems for industrial clients
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty solar equipment and appliances
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to prevent downtime
• Perform solar inspections and submit detailed reports to supervisors
• Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints for installation and repair tasks
• Carry out planned maintenance to ensure optimal performance of solar systems
• Respond promptly to emergency repair calls to minimize operational disruptions

Requirements

• OND, NABTEB, or WAEC in Technical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of solar systems and operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Willingness to travel as required
