Job Title: Solar Electrical Technician
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Purpose of the Job
The Solar Electrical Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of solar systems to ensure efficient operations and maximum productivity for the company and its clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out solar installation and maintenance services for industrial clients
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty solar equipment and appliances
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and respond to breakdown issues promptly
- Perform solar inspection tasks and prepare reports for supervisors
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on solar systems for optimal performance
- Respond quickly to emergency repair calls to minimize downtime
Qualifications and Requirements
- OND, NABTEB, or WAEC certificate in Technical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of solar systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Willingness to travel when required
