Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti

Job Summary

The Station Supervisor will support the outlet manager in coordinating daily station operations. This role involves maintaining prompt and accurate cash control at the station, ensuring timely cash remittance by attendants at agreed intervals, meeting sales targets, and acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the manager in overseeing daily station operations.
• Assign, schedule, and monitor the tasks of station attendants.
• Conduct daily safety drills for all service station personnel.
• Maintain inventory control of materials, items, and products.
• Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station.
• Ensure accurate cash control and manage cash evacuation from attendants at agreed intervals.
• Strictly follow company product discharge manuals and procedures.
• Prepare daily opening and closing stock reports.
• Assist the manager in achieving and surpassing individual and unit budgets/targets.
