Job Summary

The Station Supervisor will support the Outlet Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the station. This includes ensuring accurate and timely cash control by overseeing regular cash remittance from attendants, maintaining operational standards, and working closely with other staff to meet sales targets. The Station Supervisor will also serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day station operations
• Assign, schedule, and supervise the tasks of station attendants
• Conduct daily safety drills for station personnel
• Manage inventory controls of materials, items, and products
• Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station
• Maintain strict adherence to company product discharge procedures
• Ensure accurate cash control at the station and timely cash collection from attendants
• Prepare and submit daily opening and closing stock reports
• Assist the Manager in achieving and surpassing individual and unit sales targets
