Job Title: Station Supervisor

Job Summary

The Station Supervisor supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the station. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cash control by supervising regular cash remittance from attendants, coordinating station activities, and working closely with staff to achieve sales targets. The Station Supervisor also serves as the first point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and maintaining smooth operations at the station.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating daily station operations
• Assign, schedule, and monitor the tasks of station attendants
• Conduct daily safety drills for station personnel
• Maintain inventory control of materials, items, and products
• Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station
• Enforce accurate cash control and supervise cash evacuation from attendants at agreed intervals
• Ensure strict adherence to company product discharge operation manuals and procedures
• Prepare daily opening and closing stock-taking reports
• Assist the Manager to ensure individual and unit sales targets are achieved or exceeded
