Position Overview

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Maiduguri, Borno

Key Responsibilities

• Support the station manager in day-to-day operations
• Assign, schedule, and monitor tasks for station attendants
• Conduct daily safety drills for service station personnel
• Maintain strict inventory control of all materials, items, and products
• Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station
• Enforce accurate cash control policies, including timely cash collection from attendants
• Ensure full compliance with the company’s product discharge manuals and procedures
• Prepare daily opening and closing stock reports
• Assist the manager to ensure individual and unit sales budgets and targets are consistently met or exceeded
