Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Yola, Adamawa

Job Summary

The Station Supervisor supports the outlet manager in coordinating daily station operations. This role ensures prompt and accurate cash control at the station by supervising regular cash remittance by attendants at agreed intervals. The Supervisor also works closely with station staff to meet sales targets and serves as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in the daily operations of the station
• Assign, schedule and monitor tasks of station attendants
• Conduct daily safety drills for service station personnel
• Maintain inventory control of materials, items and products
• Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station
• Enforce accurate cash control policies and carry out cash evacuation from attendants at agreed intervals
• Ensure strict adherence to company product discharge operation manuals and procedures
• Prepare daily opening and closing stock-taking reports
• Support the manager in achieving and surpassing individual and unit budgets and targets
