Job Title: Station Supervisor
Location: Ilorin, Kwara State
Job Summary
The Station Supervisor will assist the outlet manager in coordinating day-to-day station operations. This includes maintaining prompt and accurate cash handling at the station by ensuring regular cash remittance from attendants at agreed intervals. The role also involves working closely with other staff members to achieve sales targets and acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in the daily operations of the station.
- Assign, schedule, and supervise the tasks of station attendants.
- Conduct daily safety drills for service station personnel.
- Maintain inventory control of materials, items, and products.
- Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station.
- Enforce cash control policies and ensure cash evacuation from attendants at agreed intervals.
- Ensure compliance with company product discharge operation manuals and procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily opening and closing stock reports.
- Support the manager in achieving and surpassing individual and unit budget/targets.
