Job Title: Station Supervisor

Location: Oyigbo, Rivers State

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels for all products and ensure accurate records for timely replenishment.
• Place refill orders and follow up with relevant units to guarantee product availability.
• Oversee forecourt operations including customer engagement, traffic flow, safety, and security.
• Conduct staff orientation and on-site training to enhance service quality.
• Reconcile daily sales proceeds and stock balances.
• Provide insights on profitability to guide management decisions.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and recommend additional training where necessary.
• Act as the primary customer service representative and promptly address customer concerns.
• Report operational and maintenance issues such as dispensers, generators, and power sources.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of products such as lubricants, gas, and retainership services.
• Submit daily reports highlighting performance indicators and operational challenges.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of daily activities.
• Track competitor activities and advise management on market opportunities.
• Enforce company policies on inventory, safety, and security at the station.
• Ensure outlet branding, display, and overall appearance reflect the company’s image.
• Account for all sales proceeds and stock movement accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HND, Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, or OND qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month
