We provide a wide variety of textures, including straight, wavy, and curly styles. Our products are carefully sourced from trusted donors across China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, India, Burma, and Argentina.

Job Summary

Onyx Beauty Hub is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Manager to handle store operations, inventory management, and supply chain activities. This role requires ensuring stock accuracy, timely disbursement of materials, and smooth coordination between production and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including stock receipt, storage, and distribution
• Maintain accurate records of inventory using both manual and digital systems
• Implement strict compliance with inventory control policies to prevent losses and discrepancies
• Work closely with production and sales teams to guarantee timely supply of materials and products
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile records with physical inventory
• Supervise store assistants and ensure proper documentation of stock movement
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory status and shortages to management
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners when needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Officer, or similar role (experience in fashion, beauty, or hair industry is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• High attention to detail with integrity and accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure

Salary

N150,000 monthly
Competitive benefits package based on experience
