Role Overview

The Store Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s inventory and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and safeguarding materials while maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and confirm quality and quantity
• Store items in an organized and secure manner
• Issue materials based on authorized requests
• Update inventory records and ensure accuracy at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Follow company policies on store and inventory management
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports
• Support audits and physical stock counts

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field
• Zero to two years experience in storekeeping or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
• Willingness to work at the company’s factory in Arepo, Ogun State

Salary

N100,000 to N150,000 monthly
