Role Overview

The Store Officer will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining an organised store environment. The role requires someone who is attentive, reliable, and able to follow established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory based on company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe store and work area in line with regulations
• Manage store layout and ensure proper arrangement of items
• Receive, load, and shelf supplies
• Perform stock duties such as returning, packing, and labelling
• Inspect deliveries for errors, damage, or shortages
• Report damaged or expired items to management
• Rotate and dispose of expired or excess stock
• Keep an organised record of all items in the warehouse and store
• Complete documentation for inbound and outbound stock

Qualifications and Skills

• OND or HND in a relevant field
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, retail, or warehousing is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move cartons
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must reside close to Ojuelegba, Apapa, Onipan, Yaba, Ebute Metta, Anthony, or nearby areas

Salary

N100,000 to N120,000 per month
